Standard replacement retainer for 6th Gen Ford Bronco camera stalks.
If you're using a camera-compatible tire cover, this 2 1/8-inch ID rubber retainer slides over the camera stalk to fill the gap and provide a clean finish.
⚠️ Crucial Installation Note: While this part features a groove, please do not try to trap your tire cover's vinyl inside it. Stretching the cover into the groove will eventually lead to a stretched, cracked hole in your vinyl—and nobody wants that.
The Right Way: Simply install your tire cover first, then slide this retainer directly onto the camera stalk to sit flush against the outside of the cover.
🌪️ The Car Wash Warning: If you insist on leaving your tire cover on when going through an automatic car wash, be prepared. The multitude of harsh attacks will undoubtedly cause the most strain on this poor retainer. If the torrential wind and rain don't scare the poor thing away, the hurricane-force winds generated by the blow dryers will test its resolve for sure. At that point, it just might run for the hills. If this is you, do yourself a favor and consider the 20-pack.
☀️ Lifespan Expectations: We source the best modern rubber available for this part, but realistically, sitting in direct sunlight and harsh weather takes its toll. You can typically expect these to last about two summers before the UV rays dry them out.
Note: If you order a new camera-compatible SpareCover today, one retainer is included. This listing is for replacements or backups.
